Unpacking the instrument
 

Generally, the equipment is packed in a “carton-box” which acts as a protective covering to avoid mechanical damage during transportation.
 

Initial Inspection & selection

The machine is mechanically and electronically inspected before shipment. On receiving the equipment, do check for the damages or any other mechanical damages. Also check all the standard accessories.

Site Inspection

The selection of the installation site should be proper to get more reliable and desired output. Selection criteria can be considered as –

Place the equipment as far as possible from electrical lines or away from sources of static electricity.

Avoid placing equipment near the diagnostic or therapeutic tools.

Avoid using mobile phones in the vicinity.

Try to switch off other equipments.

Maintain the equipment at the required temperature and humidity which is mentioned in the manual.

Accessories Selection

Before performing any operation on the instrument, shake the instrument little bit to find out loosen or removed screws, if any.

Power supply

Check the machine whether it is working satisfactorily for given power supply for avoid any electrical damage.
